Presentation of the Campaign and the contest
The International Association Against Image Discrimination is proud to launch this year's awareness campaign through a new, innovative and socially responsible contest, giving high school graduates the opportunity to participate in a national competition (free registration) that can to allow them to live this experience as an unforgettable dream day. Over $ 30,000 in prizes to be won among the big winners. The Association Against Discrimination of the Image and Miss & King Prom Canada want to educate and sensitize young people not to discriminate according to their appearances or differences. The contest will start on January 18 and will end on April 18, 2019. We plan to give away educational conferences in Quebec high schools. Social networks will be one of the major strategies used to disseminate all the content on awareness against image discrimination. We would like to invite the media of all kinds of platforms (Newspapers, Web editorial, Radios, TV shows) relevant to help us spread the message about the existence of the contest and the purpose of the campaign. Not to mention that we would like to invite the public to collaborate and get involved in spreading this message of awareness that affects our society. We count among us as collaborators more than 50 international activist association for people with all kinds of differences.
